1. Admission Procedure for the Day Scholars & Boarders:

a)    Admission form and prospectus can be obtained from the office on payment of Rs. 300/- (rupees three hundred) either in cash or by demand draft in favor of The Principal, Choudhary Gharsiram Public School, Laxmangarh payable at State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur (Laxmangarh, Sikar).

b)    Admission form dully filled in, should be submitted in the school office by Hand or By Post.

c)    For children seeking admission upto class UKG, no written entrance test will be conducted.

d)    For children of class 1 st onwards an entrance test will be conducted. Date of admission test will be intimated at the time of registration.

e)    Entrance test will be conducted in English, Mathematics & Hindi for class I to IX.

f)    Entrance Test Paper will be objective as well as subjective. General concepts of subjects will be tested.

g)    Result of entrance test will be declared on the same day of test.

h)    Successful will be required to deposit the fee within three days from the date of declaration of result otherwise the seat will be allotted to next deserving candidate in the merit list.

2. Documents to be submitted at the time of admission:

a)    For classes up to I, Original Birth Certificate along with a photocopy of the same.

b)   For class II and above original T.C. countersigned by the competent authority and repot card of previous academic session.

c)    Registration fees receipt.

d)    3 copies of passport size photographs.

e)    Migration certificate for the students coming from other states.

3. Fee structure is overleaf as well as on the school website:

a)    Note: Tuition fee and boarding fee is payable in the 3 installments in the month of April, September and December. It should positively be paid latest by 1st april, 1st September, 1st December every year.

b)    All payment should be either in cash or by demand draft in favour of The Principal, Choudhary Gharsiram Public School, Laxmangarh payable at state bank of Bikaner & Jaipur (laxmangarh, Sikar).

c)    In case the fee is not paid in time, a fine of Rs. 200 per day will be levied on day scholar & Rs 20.00 per day on boarder tills the end of the month, and after that the name of the students will be struck off from the school rolls. A fresh admission will be done at the discretion of the principal after the payment of full arrears.

d)    In case of real brothers and sisters, a discount of 25% will be given in tuition fee to the younger one only.

e)    The discount is permissible up to two siblings only.

e)   Transportation charges for availing school convenience will be charged only for 10 months and details are as follows:

Up to 10 to 15 km	Rs. 550 per month
Up to 15 to 20 km	Rs. 575 per month
Up to 20 to 25 km	Rs. 600 per month
Up to 25 to 30 km	Rs. 625 per month
Up to 30 to 35 km	Rs. 650 per month

NOTE:

        1. Transportation charges will be given on the basis of school conveniences.

       2. Payment is to be made on half- yearly basis, along with the tuition fees. One month notice made is required before withdrawal of school transport facility or one month transport charge in lieu thereof.

        3. Fee once deposited will not be refunded under any circumstances.
